Who We Are

The Indianapolis Region Branding Initiative is made of fifteen partner organizations and seeks to develop a single, cohesive brand that will capture the essence of what the Indianapolis region has to offer. Doing so will allow all those organizations and the messages they create to complement each other and promote the area in a consistent way. The participants in the Initiative include representatives from city and state government, economic development, the corporate and philanthropic communities, agencies and cultural entities.

Since 1987 the Arts Council of Indianapolis has been bringing audiences and art together. The Arts Council's website features central Indiana’s most comprehensive arts calendar featuring more than 700 programs, events and exhibitions from more than 200 arts organizations, including information, maps and a directory to the city’s incredible public art. You’ll also find a directory of more than 600 performing and visual artists, all eager to share their talent at private events or through commissioned work created for business or home. Through grants and technical and business assistance, the Arts Council helps artists and arts organizations connect with audiences.

Central Indiana Corporate Partnership

The Central Indiana Corporate Partnership is a regional coalition of the CEO’s of Central Indiana’s most significant employers and leaders of universities with substantial research operations. CICP members seek to foster growth and opportunity throughout the region, advocate policy directions, and engage in collaborative efforts to address regional issues. CICP encourages region-wide planning and goal setting and also develops objective data and analyses that lead to an informed consensus about activities that help Central Indiana become more globally competitive. Additionally, CICP is the parent organization of subsidiaries such as Biocrossroads, TechPoint, Indy Partnership and a new advanced manufacturing logistics initiative.

The mission of the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association is to advance Indianapolis tourism and economic development.
